There are two ways to request your data:
By opting-in to third party sharing on all of your varieties via your Phylos account. After our last genotype run for samples submitted by September 30, 2021, we will be uploading opted-in data for public use. All Genotype Test customers will receive access to their own public data and the full public Galaxy data set by email. Opt-in to data sharing by October 31, 2021, to be included in the public Galaxy data set. Learn about data sharing and how to opt-in in our Data Policy.
By submitting a data request form for varieties that have not opted-in to data sharing. For private samples, you will be able to request data separately from the public data export by submitting the Genotype Data Request form.
In order to request raw genotype data for your samples with Genotype Reports, we need you to provide us with the Phylos Sample IDs for each sample. A list of your Phylos Sample IDs can be quickly exported from your Account Profile and then uploaded when you submit the Genotype Data Request Form. Follow the instructions below to login and export the CSV file with your Phylos Sample IDs.
The Phylos Plant Sex Test and Genotype Test are no longer accepted for processing as of September 30, 2021. The Phylos Galaxy, full customer account access, sex test results, and genotype reports will all remain available through our website for the foreseeable future. We recommend printing and downloading your reports and taking screenshots (Windows, Mac, and Chromebook) of your constellations if you would like to retain visual representations of your variety in the Galaxy.
