Yes. With customer permission, we published the data from these tests to The European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI). This allows customers to use the data to protect their strains, and scientists around the globe to perform population genetic studies to better understand and advance the foundational knowledge of the cannabis genome. 

The data is public, and anyone can access, view, and benefit from this data.

The European Variation Archive (EVA) is an open-access, public database of all types of genetic variation data from all species. To download all public Phylos-collected genotype data, visit EBI’s archive.

Our last upload was in November, 2021. 

The Phylos Plant Sex Test and Genotype Test are no longer accepted for processing as of September 30, 2021. The Phylos Galaxy, full customer account access, sex test results, and genotype reports will all remain available through our website for the foreseeable future. We recommend printing and downloading your reports and taking screenshots (Windows, Mac, and Chromebook) of your constellations if you would like to retain visual representations of your variety in the Galaxy. Learn more about the discontinuation of the Phylos Plant Sex Test and Genotype Test.
